The “Make Startups” initiative, based in downtown Augusta, is making a difference in finding seed money and developing training for entrepreneurs. Now, a national customer service company is noticing and giving the CSRA its “flowers.”

Atlanta, Georgia, finishes as the #3 best city for entrepreneurs to start a business. Although the city has one of the three highest business application rates listed at 44 applications per 1,000 residentsAtlanta still provides an average SBA loan of over 595,000 for new business owners.
