Simon Says: Working “four” days

Workers in the United Kingdom overwhelmingly like a four-day week, according to a new report from Autonomy Research in collaboration with a global team of academics. Surveys of workers found that 39% of employees were less stressed and 71% had reduced levels of burnout. Employees also reported better life-work balance with 54% saying it was easier to balance work with household jobs and 60% reporting an increased ability to combine work and care responsibilities. Growing Augusta Regional Airport

A multi-million-dollar grant will be used in a project to reimagine the east end of the terminal building at Augusta Regional Airport. The airport has received a $3 million grant from the Airport Terminal Program, which is included in the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill. Augusta is one of 104 projects submitted by 99 airports across the country. The money comes at a time when the airport is beginning a $5-million-dollar expansion around gates three and four.
