New convenience store location to open in North Augusta

North Augusta will soon be home to a new QuikTrip gas station and convenience store location. The new store will be located on a 14.3-acre lot located at 930 Edgefield Road near four of its future competitors: Kangaroo Express, Exxon, Circle K, and Sprint Foods. Besides gas, it will also sell pizza, coffee, and a variety of slushies. Pandemic derails start-up restaurant in Evans

Shemp and Petey’s restaurant on Washington Road opened in the summer and didn’t make it to fall—closing on August 28th. The restaurant offered up unique sandwiches and homemade pasta dishes with a local flair.
