Yesterday, the Augusta Chapter of Professional Women in Building held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the donation of its first playhouse to the Family Y Child Development Academy, located at 1425 Walton Way, next door to the Peabody Apartments. CSRA Kids, an online guide that provides resources and information about children’s activities, will host the second annual SummerFest from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lions Memorial Field located at 619 West Buena Vista Ave. in North Augusta.
