Union Lofts Apartments debuts in Downtown Augusta

Union Lofts Apartments held a ribbon cutting on April 2 at 513 James Brown Boulevard to celebrate the arrival of new living spaces in Downtown Augusta. The event was free and open to the public. The three buildings, located at 501, 509, and 513 James Brown Boulevard, were constructed in the 1890’s. Having been vacant for almost five decades, they were nearing being demolished.
