A Tale of Two College Fans
The boy had always been a Georgia Bulldog fan. It was in his blood. His father and grandfather had been season ticket holders for as long as he could remember.
Then, he met the girl who would change his life, he was drawn to her immediately. She was different from any other girl he had ever met. She was confident and strong, with a passion for life that was unmatched.
She was also an LSU Tiger fan. The boy’s parents were appalled.
How could their son be interested in a girl who was a fan of their biggest rivals? They tried to discourage the relationship, but it only made the boy more determined. He knew that she was the one for him.
They met in secret, away from the watchful eyes of her parents and his. They would share a kiss before he had to sneak away, back to his own home. It was all worth it, though, when he saw the smile on her face. At first, their love was painless.
They had been dating for two years and their relationship started to strain because of their differing team allegiances.
Finally, the Georgia Bulldogs were playing LSU in the SEC championship. He was nervous about the game, but she was even more so. She knew that if LSU lost, he would never let her live it down.
It was clear to everyone watching the game that LSU was going to lose.
He was already starting to gloat and she could feel her own anger rising. She tried to stay calm, but by the time the final whistle blew, she had had enough. She turned to him and said, “I can’t do this anymore.”
She could see the surprise in his eyes, but she didn’t care. She was done with this game, and with him.
She walked away and he was left standing alone. She didn’t look back, and she didn’t regret her decision.
LSU lost to Georgia next year as well.
So what does it all mean?
AI storytelling is a new genre that will be prevalent in the coming year. What is amazing about the story above, the AI was able to determine that Georgia is playing LSU in the SEC championship next week and predetermined an LSU loss!
