Furniture chain brings new store to Aiken

A national furniture company has opened a new location in Aiken.

American Freight Furniture (see photo above) is now open at 1680 Richland Ave. West near Food Lion in Kalmia Plaza. The 30,000-square-foot store sells a variety of items, such as indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as mattresses, appliances, and rugs. Founded in 1994, American Freight has more than 350 stores in 40 states, including one located at 1708 Wylds Road in Augusta.

The Aiken store is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit americanfreight.com or call 864-594-5700.
