Others subscribe to the Situational Leadership model, a flexible leadership approach developed in the 1960s by Ken Blanchard and Paul Hershey that involves adapting to ever-changing workplace situations.
Katie Wynn, founder and President of Dynamik Consulting of Augusta, will discuss this model at the next Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Executive Luncheon Series event on Wednesday, March 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Savannah Rapids Pavilion.
