New commercial real estate company helps local businesses and landlords

Tracy Carter has a passion for commercial real estate, which is what prompted her to launch her own company that focuses strictly on commercial leasing. On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve increased interest rates by another 0.75 percent for a total rate of 2.25 percent.
