In November, owners of The Bee’s Knees, a downtown eatery that specialized in tapas, decided to close its doors after many years in business. But its former home is now available for lease, according to the Finem Group with Meybohm Commercial Properties. Rezoning and use of clubhouse is at the center of Jones Creek controversy

A week after a controversy arose over the rezoning of the clubhouse building at Jones Creek Golf Club, clubhouse owner, Mark Herbert has decided to withdraw his request for a zoning change from the Columbia County Planning Commission. U-Haul to open Augusta moving and storage facility in 2024

For nearly 80 years, movers have rented trucks from U-Haul, which has announced its plans to open a new moving and storage facility in Augusta, according to Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate. New tenants move into Aiken shopping center

A longtime Aiken shopping center is now home to a new restaurant and will soon gain another tenant, according to Meybohm Commercial Properties. The Feed Sack located at 1593 Whiskey Road recently opened in Mitchell Center, which was built in 1958.
