Cracking down on substandard housing

Owners of rental properties in Augusta could find themselves under increased pressure to bring their properties up to occupancy standards. Local development company to open CSRA luxury apartment complex

Shelly Martin is excited about bringing the CSRA’s only housing development with its own rooftop lounge to downtown Augusta.
