New shopping center almost fully leased

A new salon business called Elegant Nails is coming to Evans, according to Jordan Collier, Managing Director of Meybohm Commercial Properties. Collier said the 2,000-square-foot salon is scheduled to open in late summer in a mixed-use development called Eclipse at Riverwood, located just outside of Riverwood Plantation on Washington Road. The development includes Eclipse Storage, an 85,000-square-foot facility. Besides that, there are two buildings in the center. Customers line up to sample treats from the new Evans cookie business

Troy Akers just discovered that if you “build” cookies, they will come. People were lined up in the parking lot to buy treats from a new Crumbl Cookies franchise in Evans during its soft opening on Thursday.
