New shopping center almost fully leased

A new salon business called Elegant Nails is coming to Evans, according to Jordan Collier, Managing Director of Meybohm Commercial Properties. Collier said the 2,000-square-foot salon is scheduled to open in late summer in a mixed-use development called Eclipse at Riverwood, located just outside of Riverwood Plantation on Washington Road. In Fiscal Year 2022 alone, Georgia has added more than 35,000 jobs and invested $12.9 billion in business growth, according to Pat Wilson. Lower food prices coming to South Augusta
