Jersey Mike’s ends Month of Giving with record-breaking total

The numbers are in and Jersey Mike’s sandwich locations across the U.S. surpassed their fundraising goal, raising $21 million for local charities. New York natives to open CSRA bagel shop and delicatessen

When Joseph and Yvette Gallachi moved to Aiken in December, they discovered there were no eateries in that area that served New York-style bagels, so the experienced entrepreneurs decided to open one of their own. The Buzz on The Bee’s Knees

The Finem Group at Meybohm Commercial announced in a press release on March 30, that The Bee’s Knees space is now up for lease. A career and job fair at SRP Park sponsored by ADP is scheduled for Wednesday, April 12. More than 16 CSRA businesses will be set up from 6-8 pm. When Denise Jane Racho moved from Virginia to Augusta in 2005, there were no restaurants that served the kinds of foods she grew up cooking and eating in the Philippines. CSRA school districts receive major donations from SRP

SRP Federal Credit Union was recently part of the local Board of Education meetings to present checks for money donated to each district as part of the High School Affinity School Debit Card Program last year. The Aiken County Public School district in Aiken, SC was awarded a check totaling $204,966.45, with nine schools participating in the program. Local foundation to host golf tournament for worthy cause

In 2017, Drew Passmore was a senior at Augusta Christian Schools when he died from injuries sustained in a car accident. Since 2018, with help from local businesses, a foundation Drew’s family established in his name provides financial assistance to CSRA high school seniors.
