CSRA restaurateurs to open second location

Greg and Angie Pierce have owned a popular Aiken eatery for almost a year, but in the next few months, the couple plans to open a second location in North Augusta. In May, the Pierces, who own The Feed Sack located at 1593 Whiskey Road, plan to launch their second location at 1069 Edgefield Road, Suites 103 and 105. New CSRA car wash opens with FREE car washes

We are in the pollening season. What better time to open a car wash business? Last week, a new North Augusta car wash tested its equipment, and for three days, gave each customer a free wash, according to Christian Wahl. On Wednesday, Wahl and his business partner, Brannon Graybill opened Moby’s Car Wash, located at 421 East Martintown Road near Publix. Local esthetician moves spa to new location

Last summer, Courtney Stokes announced her beauty spa was leaving its location in Martinez. In January, Stokes began serving her clients in a popular Evans retail center. Stokes, a licensed esthetician, owns SUEDE Beauty Bar + Spa located at 609 Ponder Place, Suite A off North Belair Road. New Dollar General location in CSRA to replace former Chinese restaurant

A year ago, a Harlem Chinese restaurant was destroyed in a fire, but a retail chain with more than 19,000 stores throughout the U.S. is building a new location in its place. Brian Lynce wants his clients to understand they don’t have to be bodybuilders to reap the benefits of regular exercise. Lynce owns Breaking Chains Fitness, a personal training business located at 6690 Swint Combs Road in Harlem. Part of Jones Creek Golf Course will reopen next month

Jones Creek Golf Course is getting a fresh breath of air after lying dormant for five years. Bond Golf Global of Aiken is working to open The Practice Club, a Top Tracer facility, on the driving range. Two CSRA creatives partner on possible national business

Many retired business owners spend their days playing golf, but Ed Durant has enjoyed his “retirement” by designing larger-than-life golf tees. Durant, the former owner of The Frame Shoppe and founder of Durant-Durant, LLC, and local artist, Cole Phail, have produced two 30-foot, 2,000-pound tees.
