Harrington, a local licensed cosmetologist, plans to open TBH Salon in the next couple of weeks. A personal tragedy led Tonya Thomas to begin promoting healthy living and teaching others to do the same. A little over a week ago, she opened the doors to her business, Meme’s All Natural. “I had been planning for two years to open my business and I found the right place in New Ellenton. A coffee giant will open another store between Augusta University’s Summerville Campus and Augusta’s medical district, according to a news release from Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate. Starbucks, which already has 16 locations throughout the CSRA, plans to build a new one at the corner of Walton Way and Chafee Avenue (see photo above story).
